Efikasi Diri Perawat dalam Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Spiritual Pasien

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien adalah salah satu perilaku profesional seorang perawat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar yang holistik bagi pasien. Berbagai penelitian menyatakan perawat belum melakukannya secara optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan disalah satu rumah sakit swasta terbesar di Pekanbaru.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang perawat yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa  kuesioner.Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan efikasi diri perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien p value (0,005 < 0,05) dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR) 7,1 artinya perawat yang memiliki efikasi ditffri yang tinggi berpeluang 7,1 kali terjadi pemenuhan spritual pasien yang baik.

NURSES SELF EFICATION IN FULFILLING PATIENTS SPIRITUAL NEEDS

 ABSTRACT

Meet the spiritual needs of patients is one of the nurses' professional behavior in meeting the holistic basic needs of patients. But nurses have not done it optimally .This research was conducted in one of the largest private hospitals in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of self efficacy nurses onthe fulfillment spiritual needs of patients. The kind of this research is quantitative descriptive analytic approach with the design with cross sectional.. Sample in this research was 48 nurses. This study used random sampling technique. Instrument used to measure is questionnaire has undergone validity and reabilitas. Chi-square statistical analysis was used to analyze the data. The result of research showed that there was a correlation between self efficacy nurses with  spiritual needs of patients(p = 0, 005) with value odds ratio of 7,1 The nurse who has had a chance to high efficacy 7,1 time there was a fulfillment spiritual good patients.
